Today I was sitting down and reminiscing work I did and passion I once had. I wanted to do something for the society at large. When I got the opportunity to work for the organization that used to  help NPO's and NGO's establish their existence in the philanthropy I got  excited.  I worked hard and gave more than my hundred percent. you can say I gave my sweat and blood. Although reward and acknowledgement was very little back then  but if I summarize it then it won't be wrong to say that I learnt as well as grew with every project.  But a lot of changes have happened with trends and new focuses in the philanthropy. If I get to work now again in any capacity I would go for new challenges. It's so enthralling to exercise brain and muscles and feel that sense of achievement if the efforts made turn out fruitful. Urdu Sight Words   I have a knack for teaching and counseling. I have faced multiple situations when my child was lost learning our national language. Its ironic kids these days get along with an international language but when it comes to Urdu they whine. I don't blame the kids, these days pressure of subjects and competition has become tough.  I personally feel that these young minds should be nourished with the richness of language/s initially along with math. Rest of the subjects can actually be added in grade three when there minds are purposely developed and ready to absorb. But that's my personal opinion and no one has to agree or disagree. In this blog I will share sight words that I used for understanding of Urdu language with my munchkin.  There are different worksheets already on the internet but there is a-lot of confusion in them because of variation of the words.  My six year old daughter found it difficult to memorize spellings of big words. To help her I broke down words and made it simpler . Any parent can learn and use this strategy in their language. I applied this technique both in English and Urdu.
